Q. How long does shipping typically take?
A. Shipping typically takes 3-5 days within the continental US. International shipping varies depending on location. Please contact us for exact rates.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Within 30 days of purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return merchandise in its original, unused condition and we will credit or refund your purchase. Merchandise that has been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
 
Q. Is there any additional information about the t-shirt sizes?
A. Men and junior women's t-shirts are fitted. There is minimal shrinkage (3% to 5% after going through dryer). Suggested care: Wash in cold water. Dryer use is acceptable. Women's junior tees run 2 sizes smaller. Refer to size chart.
 
Q. Does Nite Owl Ink sell or distribute customer email addresses?
A. No way! Nite Owl Ink does not sell or distribute our email lists.
 
Q. I want to show you how great my new t-shirt looks on me. Can I send you a photo?
A. Yes! Tag @NiteOwlInk on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter with your favorite photos. We will occasionally compile the best ones and post them in our News section.
 
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. All of our online payments are handled safely and securely through Shopify, which offers a variety of methods to pay for merchandise.
 
Q. Do I have to pay VAT for UK and EU international sales?
A. Yes, you will be responsible for paying the EU VAT.
 
Q. Are there any restocking fees for returned items?
A. There is a 15% restocking fee on returns.
 
Q. Is your artwork original?
A. Yes! All the artwork in our merchandise is original.
